Softerra ldap filter builder not allows its users to modify

Hi, I am using windows 7 on my PC and installed Softerra ldap Administrator and browser on it. But most times Softerra ldap filter builder not allows its users to modify the Drag and Drop. Please can you help me to solve this problem?

Softerra ldap filter builder not allows its users to modify

Please check whether what version of Softerra ldap Administrator and browser you have installed in your PC and if its compatible with your current OS. Please also be reminded that Softerra LDAP software comes with different bit. It comes with 32-bit and 64-bit. Just sort everything from version to OS. Otherwise you have to uninstall it and purchased it again.
