Software to convert dat and bin files to TDMS

Hi.  I have a large set of dat and bin files that I would like to convert to TDMS format.  Each dat and bin file is about 300 MB in size.  Can someone suggest a software to convert dat and bin files to TDMS and do I still have to split the files?  Thanks.

Software to convert dat and bin files to TDMS

Hi Dorindagmincey,

You need to split the file first to be able to read small chunks of the file.

You can check the software GSplit, it is a free software then lets you split the size of your files.

Then you can use the binary to TDM file converter the link is found here.

Download and unzip the file, then choose BinaryFile.dat then the path will display for you to check the converted file.
