I want to start a software that can use its own blogging or forums to create web pages on a simplified process. This software should also integrate with blogging tools such as WordPress and vBulletin. Any ideas or suggestions about it? Or any help will also do. Thank you.

As of now there are lots of tools that you can use for making a webpage, I will give you a bunch of sites so that you can use in an efficient way.

These sites are free web builders for making website, blogs, forum sites and others. All you have to do is to register then you can make a website instantly. However, Joomla and WordPress.org are different, because you need to install it first to your local machine by using Xampp and Wamp server to install Them.
