Hello,

I want to decode and intercept all instant message traffic received by the computer.

Is there any tools to decode ISDN message. If so, where can I download a suitable software for this purpose ?

I have read your question and I think I can help you. There are lots of ISDN message decoders in the web such as UUD32Win 2.3, WinMail Decoder Pro 2.0, Universal IM History decoder 1.3 and etc… So in order to download it just Google it as “isdn messages auto decoder” and you can find where to download.
