Hi, I recently upgraded to SKY X Professional edition. Since the update, when I try connecting to CCDAP5 Software (planning mode) I’m prompted with the below attached message.
“Link to software error, The SkyX Adapter.StarChart 1:COLeException Type mismatch
(800200005) SCODE 80020005?”
I can’t figure out what this really means. Could you guys please help me out a little here?
Software error, The SkyX Adapter.StarChart 1:COLeException Type mismatch
The error seems to be an internal error. That is that the software is unable to connect to the internet or that there is some specific format of data that has to be sent or that the format in which it is received is not acceptable. The error may be taken off by updating the current software or installing the previous version. Then keep working while you post the problem at the forums. Any software gets closer to perfection only by using these errors. These errors are debugged by the software developers and those at its maintenance. They will find a solution to the problem and then bring up an update.
