Software isa xml format problem

How to make use of .xml document by using ISA software? Is there any way to do so because I have been using Isa software for a long time and I am confused about this.

Software isa xml format problem

Hello Linda,

You will need to first of all convert the document into the xml format if you are having trouble accessing it using the ISA software. You can just open the document using Microsoft and then use the Save As option to save the document in the xml format. After that you can open it using the ISA software.
