I really need your help and please let me just borrow some of your time.

I need a software where I could design my own web page but I don't know what to use.

Could anyone tell me what software to use and where can I download it?

Software Needed for Web Page Designing

Hi, I hope you will be fine.

In my point of view, you should use "Dreamweaver Software" for making your personal webpage. You can download it from http://www.adobe.com. After installation of Dreamweaver, you should learn any webbased development tool from the site

www.w3schools.com

Software Needed for Web Page Designing

Hi,

I suggest you to use zend framework when creating the web pages. The reason for this is zend tool makes your work easy if you are using PHP as server side scripting. Also this is a free open source software as well.
