Software or program to transfer emails from ms-mail to lotus notes

Do you have any idea on how to transfer some existing data from the user’s ms-mail to notes? Recently, our company is moving into notes but we still have clients on ms-mail. Is there any program or software you can refer to us? We urgently need your help. Thank you.

To solve the problem you can use Google app migration for Microsoft exchange. This is easier than using a software or program. Any existing data can be transferred. Thank you.

Software or program to transfer emails from ms-mail to lotus notes

I haven’t found a site that completely explains how to convert Microsoft Office Outlook email messages to Lotus Notes. Instead, what I found is the procedure on converting Lotus Notes to Microsoft Office Outlook.

Here’s how it is done.

• In Lotus Notes, select the Mail tab.
• Click File, Export then select Tabular Text as the export format.
• Click Export to begin exporting the files.
• When the export is finished, open Microsoft Office Outlook then click on File then Import and Export. Select the files you converted from Lotus Notes then begin exporting the files.

There is also another way of exporting Lotus Notes data using the Lotus Notes Email Export. You can download it from together with the instructions on how to properly use the agents.
