Well, according to me you need software to print a phone directory.
For that you have to install E-Z Contact Book software. The E-Z Contact Book is a contact manager. It helps to store and edit important data such as phone numbers, addresses, e-mails, web pages URL, notes and birthdays as well. The information you keep can also be organized in groups according to relationship type like, family, friends and business.
I have tested it myself and its all working good. That is why, recommending it and I hope that this will fix your problem.
