Software for Sending Video to iPhone 4S Aside from iTunes

Are there a software sending video to my phone 4s without using iTunes? Video is 1080p and about 900 MB. I'm using Windows Vista 64 bit.

Simple Transfer is the answer to transfer photos & videos to your iPhone or iPod. This app works via WiFi with other IOS devices. You don’t need any cable or extra softwares.You can view & Upload multiple photos and videos from your computer to your device. 900 MB is not a big deal you can transfer with no limit.
