Yes, Actel’s Soft Console, Flash Pro, Silicon Sculptor and Silicon Explorer all will work without a license. Other software tools from Actel like Libero IDE, Designer, Synplify AE, Synplify Pro AE and a host of others will need a license. Generally, Actel offers a free Libero IDE Gold License(free for one year and renewable) which is locked to the computer the license is installed(meaning you can’t transfer the software or use it from another system).
