Hi! When I’m trying to connect the internet to my TvPad, it is refusing and same with wireless. It keeps showing tvpad error code1. How can I fix it?

This tvpad error code1 could be occurring because it needs to be updated. Try to update your TvPad. To do this, follow the steps below-

• Download the update patch ‘M201-ots.’
• Insert the Micro SD card in TvPad.
• Restart the TvPad after downloading it.
• After starting it, at home interface use remote controller and passcode.
• Type ‘200981811.’
• Now, it will ask you to update it via Micro SD card, select ‘Update.’
