I am trying to extract files from a compressed folder and this is the first time I am doing it on my PC. I am getting an error saying cannot complete the compressed folder extraction wizard and telling me to copy some files in the folder for extraction as the folder is currently empty. But the folder is of around 100mb size. Can someone tell me steps to troubleshoot this problem?

Solution To The Cannot Complete The Compressed Folder Extraction Wizard Error

This problem arises when your system cannot recognize the files in the folder or the format is unsupported on your PC. Try extraction week some third party services like 7zip, which is really good.
