How to resolve the error message “Thunking Spooler Apis 32 to 64-bit process stops working” on my multifunction printer?
If you are running a 64-bit version of WINDOWS Panorama OS SP1 (Service Pack 1), upgrade to the latest service pack and then restart printing.
If the error message still appears:
Open the task manager:
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete.
Click Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab.
Right-click a method with * 32, and then select the completion method.
If the error message still appears:
Navigate to C: \ Windows \ system32.
For copying the files to the system32 folder, copy the following files and place them elsewhere on your laptop:
Wow64win.dll
wow64cpu.dll
splwow64.exe (if available)
Delete the 3 files (listed in step 3b) from the system32 folder.
