. Hi, “ND” is a drain error. It occurs when spinning in the machine gets blocked. It can be resolved by the following steps:-

1. Confirm once whether the wash size is less.
2. Check if the apparels in the machine are stabilized.
3. Ensure the drain hose has no curves, and it is linearly straight.
4. Ensure that the machine door is fully packed.
5. Check once the filter is clean and not choked.
