Soluto installer error – Please help

Hello everyone,

I have recently bought a computer for my mother. I want to install Soluto in her system so it runs in the background and analyzes the programs and services. I emailed her a link from solute and then opened it on her system. The link worked perfectly fine and I successfully started the downloading process.

The installation process also started successfully. It went past a few stages without getting stuck but when the checking phase of the installation started, the installer crashed.

I tried to reinstall it but again it got stuck at the same point and crashed again. I also reinstalled the .net framework 4 and cleared the windows cache but still the problem persisted.

I have searched through different forums to resolve this issue.

On one of the forums an address was given from where i was asked to download the required file but it failed.

I want to install solute as early as I can but I am totally stuck. The screenshot of the error is attached below:
