Solve Outlook 2013 Indexing Issue No Match Found
You may have an indexing problem if you use the “Instant Search” in Microsoft Office Outlook and you receive the message “No matches found” even if the item you are looking for exists or you see the message “Search results may be incomplete because items are still being indexed” when you view the “Indexing Status” dialog.
This happens even if you include search criteria for items that do match and WDS or Windows Desktop Search is configured to index the PST file or Outlook Data file (*.pst) or the OST file (*.ost) or Offline Outlook Data file. To fix the problem, in Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 or 2013, select in the search box then go to “Search”, “Search Tools” then “Indexing Status”.
When the “Indexing Status” dialog appears, you should see the message “Outlook has finished indexing all of your items. 0 items remaining to be indexed.” If Microsoft Office Outlook has not finished indexing all of your items, take note of the remaining items to be indexed and wait about five minutes and then check again.
