Windows-7 has better networking speed as well as some extra features than all other older windows version like windows Vista and Xp.
But we find it sometimes that the speed of windows 7 is slower than Windows Xp which is not supposed to be. This speed can be easily made faster by deactivating some of the unused advanced features.
And sometimes we find much slower when we try to access Sun and Linux system as a result data access and transfer process troubles and takes longer time than as usual.

Yes, Windows 7 comes  later with more features than Windows XP and Windows VISTA; the previous versions of Windows. But it is also true that Windows 7 is complicated and  heavier  than the previous windows. So in some case, It might be found uncomfortable to perform some actions in Windows 7. After all, You must use the operating system that is most perfect to you. You can also solve any problems in Windows 7 through Help and trouble shooting option. You may also use Control Panel for any kind of problems. But with all respect I think Windows seven is the best till now. Thanks.
Solving network speed problem of windows 7
Windows 7 provides more facilities than windows XP, windows vista etc. But the speed of windows 7 is little bit slower than other operating system. Network speed problem of windows 7 can be solved by deleting unused various files, by applying various tools of control panel. The Problem Reports and Solutions control panel applet was replaced by the Maintenance section of the Windows Action Center on Server 2008 R2 and windows 7. Refresh the windows properly.

Solving network speed problem of windows 7
No matter how fast computers might be when they are new, they all seem to go slower over time. The way to optimize windows 7 for better performance is to try the performance troubleshooter first, which can automatically find and fix your problems. This is located in your control panel under System and Security. Simply click on Check for performance issues. Other things you can do to enhance your speed and performance is to delete programs you never use, limit the number of programs you run at startup, defragment and clean your hard disk, and add more memory just to name a few!
