I was trying to log in my Xbox live profile but an error occurred that says Xbox problem 0x80a40008. Now I am not able to sign in can you please help me solve this? I can’t afford to lose my account. Please help!

Check here if Xbox Live is active. If not, try again later.

If you have recently signed in to your account using another Xbox or if there is a cache problem, turn off your Xbox and your electronic device router for at least 3 minutes and cancel them.

Make sure you have entered the correct e-mail address and the correct period of probation.

You may have changed the probation. Try to reset the probation of your Microsoft account.

If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, confirm that you are simply claiming the correct account.

If necessary, delete all alternative accounts and re-enter your main account.

Check your Microsoft account on your laptop to see if your account is unlocked or if it is transported.
