Something’s gone wrong while installing App via Nokia Ovi Store

Hello Experts,

I was trying to install an App but failed. After I turned off and on my phone, I tried installing via Nokia Ovi Store but I got this error instead. I tried several times but I still couldn’t install the App. What do you think should I do next?

Dear Mr.Noel Viray.

The problem you are facing while downloading from Nokia Ovi Store is due to many reasons. Sometimes we do not know that what else our cell phone can support either Java or Jar files. You need to check that what does your cell phone support for downloading applications or games, not only from Ovi store but also from all other websites.

At the same time you can download more good and free applications, softwares and games by using the site mobile9, phoneky, getjar etc.More attractive,easy to download,fast to install and low in size thousands of applications are available.

But if you do not go for any other site and want to use Ovi store,you need to restore your set. The reason is,although your cell has many GB of external memories,but the application has to be first placed in cell memory, which is already full of cache and temporary files.So start again after restoring your cell phone.
