SonicStage Unable to Play Music

HI,

I’m unable to use SonicStage 4.3 since few days. When I try to open SonicStage, I’m getting the error:

“The selected music file cannot be played back because the system information has changed. Click OK to close SonicStage and open the SonicStage System Information Restore Tool automatically. (Error code 00004e2e)”.

 

It is asking me to authenticate using the internet, But when I click ok, A yellow triangle is appearing along the top bar. After that, I’m not sure what should be done. After that, I’m not sure what should be done next.

 

I have tried to reinstall it, but that didn’t make any difference. Please help me.

SonicStage Unable to Play Music

Dear,

If you are using a trail version for the software then after trail period it will not work. You may out of data for the validation of your software.

It seems that the software could not find the windows path. It happens when you install a new windows and software previously installed in other drive. So you can uninstall the software completely then install it again. Then the software will well connect with your windows and it will work.
