Soocial Outlook Sync client error

The Soocial Outlook Sync client helps in synchronizing Outlook contacts with an online service at Soocial (dot) com

I am using Win 7 and Outlook 2007 and now am running into an error about initialization as shown below. If I restart the error just keeps on repeating the restart option.

Error message:

Error initializing sync connection. Error 20015.

It is recommended you restart the application once.

Soocial Outlook Sync client error

Robin,

I have seen error messages like these with the Google calendar sync desktop app. It could be Outlook or the app. Some steps you can try:

1. Check for Soocial app updates
2. Reinstall the Soocial app
3. Remove and re-enter the PC from the list of Soocial connections

If none of the above steps work, as a last resort, export the Outlook contacts, delete them from Outlook, import the contacts back and try the sync.
