Windows 8.1 error very annoying and a solution is still not spoken about on the internet and have no clue how to fix this

I tried removing all the drivers and reinstalling but no luck

Hello Y3trainers,
This is a very annoying and also, very hard problem too. The problem is for the Wi-Fi connection. You have to disable it through BIOS.
When your PC boots up, right at the moment, press F2 to access the BIOS configuration. Find out Wi-Fi connection configuration and disable it such as, I have disabled “Integrated WLAN” in my BIOS.
Now the installation will go on without any problem.
