I’ve also used one of Sothink’s products, the Web Video Downloader that allows a user to capture and save almost any streaming videos from any website. I don’t think there is a problem in the installation because you managed to reach the activation part of the software. You can only do this once the application has been installed successfully.

Remember that when activating the product, the activation code or the license code needs to be purchased from the official website. Once purchased, the details will be mailed and sent directly to your registered email address. In case it doesn’t appear in your inbox, make sure to check the SPAM folder because sometimes unknown emails go there.

When you receive the activation code for your program, you need to enter them correctly in the appropriate fields in the activation dialog box. To make sure the information are entered correctly, just copy and paste them. The items that need to be entered are the username and the registration code or the license code.

When activating the program, you cannot just enter the registration name and leave the registration key blank. The registration key must be entered correctly in the box below to successfully activate the program. Make sure the information are entered as is. If the program requires an internet connection during the activation, make sure your computer has an active internet connection before activating it.
