Sound board program for pc can make sound to be stopped or paused? What about distinguishing between multiple instances of the application?

Sound board program for pc can play multiple sounds at a time?

Sound board program are used mostly for much technical stuff.

You don't need them to identify what program is making sound in your pc at the same time.

For this,

1. Click on 'Speakers' icon at the right hand of the task bar
2. Click on the 'Mixer', at the bottom in the pop up

And you will be able to see how many programs are making sounds at the same time and control the sound volume for that program as well.
