Sound issue while playing Fifa 12 on PC

I came across this problem while I was playing the Fifa 12 game, the embedded crowd sounds stopped? Please recommend a solution for this?

Sound issue while playing Fifa 12 on PC

Hi, Lynn

This type of issues may happen due to the issues of the installation DVD.

I suggest you to follow these trouble shooting steps:

1.       Please check if your computer has 2 GB of RAM space.

2.       Check if Direct X version 9 is installed on your computer.

3.       Change the rendering settings from High to Low or Medium.

4.       If the above step does not work, try re-installing the game on your computer.
