SparkWeb suddenly Unexpected problem occurred

I wanted to evaluate Enterprise 3.4.1 and I landed on SparkWeb because it is open source. First I tried it on Internet Explorer and found that it only loads the login screen and cannot go any further so I went to Firefox. Here it was worse because error kept on popping up as shown below. I checked and verified that ports are correct. I will appreciate any thoughts about SparkWeb and how it operates. Other alternatives are welcome too.

SparkWeb suddenly Unexpected problem occurred

Hi Leonora,

This error could be happening due to a bunch of problems, this is a known error in SparkWeb. You need to first verify if you have a secure connection as SparkWeb will not connect otherwise. You can also try to set the client security to be optional and then try to connect. I think you should be able to connect between the two of these workarounds.
