Speech Writer Software Market Availability Conundrum

I am looking for a way to write voluminous books. I am thinking one of the ways to do this will be to speak into a device and the device will transcribe for me. What I need to know is, do you know of any such device that is capable of transcribing my speech into words and automatically writing the words in Microsoft Word for example?

Actually, you no need to take the trouble of using a special device since there is a wide range of Transcribing soft wares available in the market today. you can get lists of those by just Googling. The happy news is that some of these applications are free as well. One such example is the Dragon Recorder App.
