Hi,

My time warner internet has a very slow connection. I am not using the time warner by plugging it directly into the modem still it is giving a slow connection. What can be the other possible causes of slow connection?

The other possible causes of slow connection can be as follows:-

i. The cable which connects your office to time warner might be damaged.

ii. Any kind of interference to the cable might have obstructed the internet.

iii. The device which you are using for time warner internet may have issues.

iv. The location of the floor of your office might be far from the router.
