Is it possible to upgrade Android Kitkat on Spice Smart Flo Ivory Mi-423

Is it compatible? If not what's the latest version we can upgrade to and how?

Spice Smart Flo Ivory Mi-423 model phone upgrades to KitKat

The Spice Mi-423 cannot be upgraded to Android 4.4 Kitkat at the time of this writing. There have been no legal releases yet for Android 4.4 on this phone. While the latest Jellybean version 4.3 is also not yet available, you can still get Android 4.2 for the Spice Mi-423. To check whether your phone already has Android 4.2 or not, go to "Settings", then go to "About Phone". On the line which says firmware (usually next to "Baseband Version"), you can see if it already has this version. If not, simply touch the icon which says "System Updates" in "About Phone". 

The phone will automatically look for available updates and you just need to confirm the update and you're all set. You have to have internet (WiFi or 3G) in order to get this done. As a precaution, backup the files in the phone to make sure that none of the important files get lost in the process.
