SPSS19 error message after reading an PSPP-Dataset

Hello

I have been using SPSS 19 but I often receive an error message when I read a PSPP Dataset with SPSS 19. The screenshot of the error is attached below:

 

The message states:

An unknown error has terminated communication with the processor. The SPSS Statistics Processor is unavailable.

After this error, SPSS stops and then I have to cancel the process forcefully by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

SPSS19 error message after reading an PSPP-Dataset

Hello Olivia Aust,

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, I suggest you to contact for the technical support from the IBM. Tell them what kind of syntax you are using and what version of Statistics you are using. Install the latest version of patch. Be sure that your data are sorted according to the requirements for the operations you are using.
