Hi,

On my PC I have installed SpywareBlaster Auto Update 4.4. My subscription is current and the software is fully updated. My computer’s desktop had an error message box pop-up yesterday saying “SpywareBlaster Auto Update Run Time Error '481' Invalid Picture”.

What does this error mean? Can anyone help me solve this error?

Hello Alisa,

To resolve that issue, you will need to try re-downloading the file for the one you used to install may be having issues that are leading to the error that you are getting right now. You can also try using reg cleaner to fix the registry entry problems that the application may be having and see if that will resolve the issue. You can go to regedit and check the registry entries and see if there could be a problem with them.

If you installed any other third party application on your computer recently before you started getting that error, then it is more likely that the application you installed is causing the issue. You will need run System Restore to remove the changes you might have made.
