SQL reference 2012 PDF tutorial won’t open in Acrobat

I just downloaded an SQL reference 2012 PDF tutorial but I can't open it in Acrobat.  It gives an error of "Acrobat can not open the file".  What could be the problem?  I use Adobe Acrobat Version 8.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Hello Elias,

Thanks for the question. Try and install the new adobe reader  and read your PDF from there .To down load the software click to this link  http://download.cnet.com/Adobe-Acrobat-Reader-DC/3000-10743_4-10000062.html to download the adobe reader.

If you still  get the same error message make sure you downloaded the PDF correctly and make sure it was not an email attachment. If the error report is still being sent let me know and will download the PDF file for you.
