What are the steps to follow to determine the VGA of tablet? I just received an android tablet from a friend as a birthday gift but it did not come with the box or its package. I just received the tablet only. How and what steps do I take to know the VGA of the tablet? Thank you.
Steps and procedures to follow to know the VGA of your tablet
As you have not mentioned the name or model number of your tablet so we cannot tell you.
But go to setting and about device and see the model number and the name of your tablet and search its specification and you will find the answer very easily. If you want us to answer the that then please mention the model or name of your tablet.
Steps and procedures to follow to know the VGA of your tablet
Normally, when you buy a phone, the handset’s specifications are listed on the phone’s manual which is included in the box. But since your Android tablet is only a gift from a friend and it doesn’t include either the box or the manual, try going to the Settings then select “About tablet”. It usually lists the model of the tablet and the Android version it is running.
But you probably won’t find your tablet’s GPU here. In this case, try installing System Info for Android. It will give you 5 tabs: Dashboard, System, Tasks, Apps, and Logs. Select System tab then click Screen. Here displays the properties of your screen like the refresh rate, screen resolution, and the number of pixels.
Also, try selecting OpenGL below it. It will show you more information about your tablet’s graphics adapter or graphics processing unit. If you are not satisfied with the information, visit the manufacturer’s website and find your tablet’s model there.
