Steps to change IP address to Finland to access some privileges

How would I change IP address to Finland on my PC and what are the steps I need to go through via the command prompt to show that I have a changed my machine's IP address to that of Finland?

Hi Gabriel S Nalley, 

 

Hope that my message finds you well, 

 

I don't know if you are talking about the IP of the PC or the IP of the router network. 

 

If you are talking about the IP of the PC then you can do that via a proxy that is based in the Finland. 

 

If you are talking about the IP of the network router then once you switch off the router and then return it back it will take 

a new IP.
