Hey, below shows the steps for operating system for sony vaio laptop as follows:
• First check the HDD in BIOS
• Next if the HDD is not listed then the problem must be with hardware only.
• Now use the arrow keys and select the load optimize values
• Later do check if its booting the OS or not
• Still issues come then its hardware issues.
• Or can contact with the customer care portals.
