Hey,
There are many troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint foundation SharePoint available in the market such as the SharePoint 2010/ 2003 and many others too. The below are the steps to get over the issues is as follows:
• First you just need to get it revert to the default masters.
• Then navigate to the URL and set the Seattle masters manually
• Later can deactivate the theme solutions too
• Next can remove the solutions too
• Lastly can install it from the beginning.
