Hii,

The step for what happens when you reset your iphone is as follows:

• First you need to manually backup all the data in the iphone
• Next backup the same over the cloud services as well
• Next go to settings > iCloud > backup
• No backup the I tunes as well and connect the phone to the Mac as well
• Now can reset the phone manually by following the steps too
• And after the reset, reinstall the data from the backup files too.
