Hi. The steps to be followed to know how do I make a distribution list in Outlook using the Exchange server are as follows-
1) Open the app Microsoft Outlook
2) If you are using Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2003, click on File menu and then click on new->distribution list
3) In Outlook 2010, click on home and then click on new contact group
4) Enter the name of the distribution list in the name field provided
5) If you are using Outlook 2007 or 2003, then click on select members option
6) In case of Outlook 2010, click on add members
7) Select the address book you desire from the address book option in Outlook 2007
8) In Outlook 2003, click on show names option and then click on the address book you want
9) From the add members option, click on the address book which you want
10) Double-click the name option or type the name which is to added in the distribution list
11) After adding all the names, click on OK
12) Select the option Save
13) Click on close
