Hey, sending reported error outlook data file cannot be accessed are as follows:

• You need to go to start menu > control panel
• Now in the control panel click for Mail option
• Next open the outlook box and click for the show profile button
• Next opt for the current profile of outlook and click for its properties as well
• Now setup the mail outlook and go to data files.
• Later select all the data files from the account settings
• Also keep a note for all the names and locations for the file too and the process is done.
