Myself Amit, I’m working in a professional firm. I with my team, work on the documentation of articles at the same time for the better review and we need to edit it again until we get the response. Is there any way to check the real-time changes? It will save time.
Steps to Co-edit a document in the new version of Microsoft Word 2019.
Hello Amit, I too used to work in a company where my daily job is to collect the review from the users and to put in a way accordingly the time they responded. There were a lot of editings of a document goes and most of the work with time goes waste. To eliminate this new version of MS Word came up with a service called Collaborating of a document. I need to share the doc with the team first. To share a file from within a word:
Tap on File again tap on Share (we first need to upload the file on OneDrive) Select who you want to share. Enter the name or email id. Add a message and tap on the Send tab. Under Share, you will see the names of who else is also editing the file. The Colored flags indicate the working position in the doc. Select Review then tap on Track Changes. Place the cursor before a change and select. Â Accept to keep the change Reject to remove it.
Hope this will help you up.
