Hey! I am facing trouble in making a new room mailbox in exchange 2010. Please help me understand how to make a room mailbox in exchange 2010. Thanks in advance!

Steps to create a new room mailbox in exchange 2010.

Hey! Start with opening the Exchange Management Console. In the Recipient Configuration, select Mailbox and the New-Mailbox option.

This would open the New-Mailbox Wizard, where you need to select Room Mailbox.

Choose new users in user type and specify user information in the next window. In the Mailbox settings, choose an alias and fill in other required information.

In the final step, click on new to create a new room mailbox. Refer to the images for a better understanding of how to create a new room mailbox in exchange 2010. I hope it helps!
