First of all, you need to manually restart your phone by removing the battery and reinsert the battery then switch on your phone.

If your problem not fixed then follow other solutions that update your driver’s.

Download blackberry desktop utility software in your pc and install the software by allowing administration permission.

Then connect your mobile with your pc. Then scan and update all the drivers.

The last step restarts your pc and removes your phone. That’s all.
