The reasons for the occurrence of this error are as follows:

• Roaming Profile.
• Missing OST or PST File.
• Corrupt Data File.

• System Crash.

• Try uninstalling are reinstalling the application.
• Recheck the data files.
• Resolve Outlook file (.ost) cannot be configured.

Step 1: Open Control Panel
Step 2: Search the “Mail” option and open it.
Step 3: Go to e-Mail accounts.
Step 4: Click on “Data Files” and then “Exchange account.”
Step 5: From mini toolbar open “Open File Location.”
Step 6: Go to the OST file and remove that file.

Now, this error is resolved.
