I want to scan ost file Outlook 2010 on my PC. But I am not very familiar with all this stuff. I have been looking for ways to do it but have been unsuccessful till now. Please help.

Stepwise Scan Ost File Outlook 2010 Solution And Fix

1. Exit Outlook first and then open control panel
2. In control panel in the search box type mail and then go to mail
3. In mail setup dialog box that appears go to email accounts
4. Select data files and then exchange account and then select open file location
5. Close both the dialog box that are open
6. At the file location delete the file

Next time a new ost file is created
