Stick notes windows explorer for 7 only?

I am still using Windows XP. Is stick notes windows explorer for the version 7 only? I like writing my thoughts and ideas while working on a blog and this would be helpful for me. Is it possible to have it in XP. If yes, where can I have it downloaded?
