I have decided to use office communicator and configure it on my desktop where my operating system is Win XP.
After successful configuration I get the below error message
Office Communicator
You will not be able to sign in because your account is not configured to support enhanced presence features.
Please contact your system administrator
I would like anyone to help me in this aspect by providing proper solution of this problem

In regard with your problem, I don't know the specifics, but, was the office communicator you were downloading has all the requirements needed.
Here are the list of compatibilities, check it if you have it all.

If you do have all the following requirements, try to uninstall your office communicator and re-install it.
See this steps if you had already followed them:
In Office Communicator System –Standard, you have to (1) Open Setup wizard for Demo (2) Run C:SE_VOLUMEsetupi386setup.exe (3) Click on “Deploy Standard Edition Server” (4) Run Validation test – and leave IE window open.
While in Office Communicator System –Communicator Web Access you only have to Open Setup wizard for Demo and then Run C:SE_VOLUMEsetupi386setup.exe
Once you deployed the OCS 2007 and installed office 2007 and office communicator on the client sides, you should be able to see the presence information control.
