Hi. I just installed Stuff Organiser software opensource for organizing all my files especially my mp3's on my desktop. The program just shows a white screen then crashes. I'm on a Windows 7 64 bit system. What could be the problem?

Hi,
Have you always encountered this problem or after installing Stuff organizer only? Anyway, try rebooting on a safe mode .Or press f8 then choose Last Known Good Configuration and then let us see it will work. If you can’t go into that menu, just choose Safe Mode.
If your problem persists, then try following these steps:
1.  Uninstall your GPU or video card then restarts.
2.  Look for the latest driver for your GPU then install.
3.  Also, try to look for your motherboard model and install the latest driver then restart your system.

You can also try to uninstall the Stuff Organizer then reinstall the most compatible version with your system.

Hello Donna, regarding to your problem in Windows 64-bit, maybe they're so many causes. Based on my research, here are some problem that you may encounter while using 64-bit Windows. – 32-bit drivers don’t work anymore or in other words it’s old or crappy hardware.–You need at least 4GB of memory, it will help you. –Some Software breaks in 64-bit Windows, means, the other program are written in Pre-XP of Windows 7. –And the last possible cause that I will be given to you is not all Software are benefiting from 64-bit Windows. Hope I help you.
