Suggest the best Photo Voting Contest Plugin in WordPress.

Since this is a photo voting contest, I would suggest this plugin called wishpond social campaigns. Some of its features include:

 

1. Fan-Gating in which you can add a "Like to see" image to attract users to "Like" your Facebook page.

2. Custom Entry Forms allows creating custom entry forms with unlimited fields. It has a campaign report which stores responses.

3. Social Plugins such as built in Tweet, Share, Comments and Pin It plugins making it easy for people to share with others.
