There are lot of E Book Readers are available in Market. Amazon Kindle to lot of other companies.

It’s better to compare and buy, I am appreciating that you made a Good Decision. If you want to compare on Technical Features, you need to check the feature- fast page turns, high contrast E Ink screens, and portable light designs and WiFi.  

Better you can check here in Wikipedia. They made good comparison between all kinds of E Book reader
